Rationale: I wrote tourism because, for me, vacationing is simply the best. Like everyone else, I love to just get away for a while and not have to worry about work and school for a week or two. Visiting Hawaii and Puerto Rico the last 2 summers have left me with some of the greatest memories and experiences of my life. When I vacation I enjoy doing the touristy things for a small portion of my time; Spending time in the outdoors fishing, diving, or surfing though, is much more exciting and memorable. The idea of sustaining the environment of tourist destinations around the world is important so people for generations to come cen continue enjoying them. 

Invention Process: I got the idea for dong my paper on tourism by simply thinking of something that I believe should be sustained. Tourism seems like the perfect fit for this topic because people are always going to want to enjoy visiting the world, it's what we live for. To set up the paper I looked at different websites devoted to keeping the environment of different destinations around the world clean for everyone to enjoy. I also looked at the websites of several companies that devote themselves to cleaner forms of transportation, lodging, or activities.

Compositional Technique: I thought it would be a cool idea to take the advice of Trey and turn this into a sort of "Green Travel Brochure." Using the websites of the greener companies I would like to show green enthusiasts that they can keep their green state of mind even when they travel, with help from hybrid rental cars and green hotels.

Evaluation Criteria: Well, as of right now I'd give myself an F+, seeing as I only have little over 500 words. I need to create a complete rough draft from the outline I have created. Once this is done I hope to have a smooth flowing paper/brochure that is fun for the user to read.
