I think this group took their time to make sure the readers would understand what they are discussing. The structure and organization is good. They have great facts and reasons. I like their paper also. Just like they addressed in their paper that safe communities are achievable with adequate planning, leadership and collaboration, I think they achieved their goal writing this paper with adequate planning, leadership, and collaboration.
