I love all of the sources, the proposal, etc.  but I think a brief essay tying them all together would be extremely beneficial. 

As it stands now you have all of this information, and a proposal to Trojan, but to the average person scanning through your space it feels all jumbled.  If it were me I would write brief essay linking your sources in the essay to make sure the reader really grasps what it is your getting at.
