The thesis was very clear and strong. The idea that education brings upon all change was very compelling. I was unsatisfied with the part on family structure. As you speak that everything is relative, it would make sense that the amount of family members that a child has in Africa is of course different than that in America. I would recommend a more reasonable solution, such as the community working together to replace the loss of family members. HIV as you know is passed to children. I believe this is the main cause of the spread of AIDS. Promiscuity is only a small factor. It would be impossible to eradicate AIDS, while a family must sustain their family by having kids. Medical Aid is being done to prevent TB, but it is not enough. More evaluation. I enjoyed the part on agrictulture, and the relation to Earth Democracy. The conclusion was very well done, and should be commended. I found nearly no grammatical mistakes. A lot of research, well conducted led to a satisfying evaluation. I give the paper an A
